The closest is to your west. You head to that elevator. Which level were you going to again?

He briefly dismounts the chair, turns it away from the window with his dexterous tail, and hops back on it to look around the mess hall. Or at least he attempts to do those things; he might be dizzy from watching the stars too long.

Unlike other levels, the elevator opens not to an open room, but a dark-grey hallway. It's a little claustrophobic, lit by bright white lights, and lacks vents, so the air tastes stagnant. From what you both can see, it goes on for a while before making a turn.

You're not in the same hallway, by the way.

You: 3 + 2 (Natural strength) Crate: 3

You pick up the crate. It's weight shifts around uncomfortably.
Aren checks the map again, feeling oh so confident that he can find out what is on other floors as well and determine where the nearest mess hall is so he can get something to eat.

(I presume for most of the crew this will be approaching the end of their shift? With pre-flight having occupied most of it. What I mean is that most crew not assigned to rotate in for 2nd shift will be eating dinner before going off-duty to do whatever they deem appropriate.)

"This isn't gonna work, surely?" Calis attempts to gently place the crate down and locate one of the mechanical pallets the delegator mentioned previously.

Nowhere to go but forward...
Sirius makes his way down the hall.
Johhny remains sat on the floor in mess, and attempts to check the PDA to see if there is a stated time on how long the ship would be in transit to the general crew anywhere he could access in it.  And if not.  He was going to be there for a while, probably.

"Uh...hello there." Cross said, and waved.

//Yeah screw quoting all that.

Silver blinks a few times and looks at the human approaching him. He feels his dizziness wearing off... slightly.

"Oh, hey! Yeah, I'm fine... just watching the warp! Exciting, isn't it?"

"Incredibly so. We're going where no one else has gone before..." Cross said, trailing off. Her eyes wandered to the blur outside, before snapping back to the Jakkai. "What do you think we'll find out there?"
Nahaku trotted down the corridor towards the bend, squinting a little at the bright lights.

Silver leanEd back slightly and shrugged. "Dunno, but I'm sure it will be exciting, whatever it is! Anyway... What's your name? I'm Mikhail, but.. could you call me 'Silver' instead of that?"

The Jakkai glanced toward whatever kitchen was nearest, to see what it was serving.

"Ah, yes, sorry! My name is Jacklin Crosworth, but everyone calls me Cross! It's a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Silver." Cross gave the Jakkai a friendly salute, all while wearing a smile on her face. "It truly is exciting to go into the unknown, and I can't wait to explore wherever we go! Rocks, oceans, or even actual alien landscapes..." She trailed off, and gazed out of the window. Hopefully she wouldn't get too dizzy.
// Who hasn't posted?
Name: Wren Ulseo

Species: Human

Gender: Male

Job: Tactical/Security

Personality: Wren arrived on the ship fairly early in his career as a guard (or soldier, if need be), barely a year out of the academy. He is proficient with small arms weapons and CQC, while his skills with other classes of weapons and melee are lacking in comparison. He is a very emotionally driven individual, loyal and kind. He is fairly handy in a fight, although he can be hot-headed and naive at times. Make him mad enough, and he'll charge into a situation that would otherwise be avoided. Serious during work, laid back while off-duty, he enjoys the company of others. Outside of the standard academy education, he knows basic mechanical repair and basic orienteering (doesn't get lost easily).

Quick description of character: Wren stands at about 6' tall, with a rather fit body. He has light blonde hair, with pale blue eyes. Off duty, he usually wears your standard casual clothes. He is still fairly young, only in his mid-twenties.
