Then I had two thoughts:
1. WHY ARE THERE NOT BOUNTY HUNTERS IN SKYRIM? Seriously, if you have a high enough bounty you should have more than just the rare Dark Brotherhood Failsassin and actually have well equipped bounty hunters sent after you. Like well enough equipped that at low levels you actually have to escape, and not just strike them down with riteous Sparks and Iron Shortsword... And is there a mod for this?

(and Surge is just standing there hoping to whatever God will listen that old him, i.e. organic surge, didn't have a bounty on him. Course I know the answer but I can't use it as a plot device and neither can anyone else without interdimensional shenanigans)

I'm not comfortable with anyone whose livelihood is dependant on murder...just a sort of rule of thumb you know?
