"Over time my abilities have worn down, I am only capable of a fraction of what I once could do. But the knowledge of my travels has not left me, and perhaps in time I will come to learn why I was ultimately rejeted by my creations no matter where I introduced them."

You misunderstand. These are several times more unstable than any other power crystals I've seen.
The moment you chip one, all of its energy gets released, and if you have prolonged contact with one, it'll have consequences I don't quite know yet.
Before you get some from me, you have to be
absolutely sure about what you're doing, because I can't be held responsible if you accidentally kill yourself by tinkering with them.

I need to take a trip to a mine, though, if you want any... How much energy do you need from these? There's more stable crystals, but they don't have as high of an energy output.
