As the blizzard hits, Tim's ship is buffeted slightly, but then the shielding kicks in, and the shield begins to flare where the blizzard hits it. Tim is currently in his workshop, and has his climate control turned on, so that his workshop, and all of his valuable tools, were not damaged. Tim had gotten his heavy leather jacket, with Kevlar inlay, out, and was mending it while the time passed.
