It causes ridiculous weight gain, and if consumed too much will literally cause people to explode. That's about as "healthy" as eating a bomb.

And I don't trust anyone with having a barrel of the stuff around. It's concerning, because people might just start doing that, drinking it by the bottle. It's a health hazard.

Gonzo then jumps down from the window, quickly looking back to make sure he didn't change anything other than take the barrel. he then walks with the golem back to his house*

Why is your golem carying wood and stone?
because both are good construction materials. i can infuse stone to be as hard as iron and wood is flexible.
