Danu sounded worried, flipping switches to try and get one of the control panels to light up. With any luck the ship's computer could give them a map of the place.

Well, at this point, the future isn't exactly bright... It's either keep going while the planet and all the non-Avali freeze... Which is everyone but gonz, Danatre, and probably Austin... Or try to destroy it and risk splitting the planet in half in the process.
If I had the time, I'd try altering reality to turn the whole damn ship into rock... But that would take a day of mental preparation and a massive power source- which I do have in the mountains, but it might not be ready- and in that time, I'd freeze to death. I'd probably need everyone to agree, too...

maybe we can unplug marxon again t turn the ship off, last resort?

"We don't have to destroy it if we can get it to recover its equipment and fly away. Since the reactor reports that it is capable of full power, there's a good chance that it still can. The problem is controls- we need to get the ship's controls to work if we're going to have even a chance of stopping it."
"The alternative is I will go alone into the reactor compartment and disable the coolant pumps. That should cause the core to overheat, triggering safety devices that forcibly shut down the reactor and deprive the ship of power again. Of course if there is no such safety device, god knows why one would be built without, I'd have to turn the pumps back on real quick or the whole place would blow apart."

Hmm... I remember finding a window near the top. That's where the console is...
If I have a way to break open the glass- which I do, actually- i could enable the engines and get this thing into space. We'll still need the power on for that, though, so you'll still need to go to the reactor.
"Better idea. What if we simulate a core breach."
Danu still wasn't having any luck trying the control panels, the lockdown might have disabled the panels in the room. And with one of the doors having been blasted open, cold from the rest of the ship was pouring into the area.
"Ideally I'd rather see the ship kept as intact as possible, and commanded to turn off its terraforming or at least leave the area. But if that's not possible, and the reactor is designed in a sane manner, I'm pretty sure there's quite a few possible failure modes that can be safely imitated well enough to trigger an emergency shutdown."
"This situation isn't hopeless until I start singing, being the fat lady I am. Lets not lose our wits just yet, we can work with this."

but where is the reactor? how are we going to find it without some sort of map?

Coolant flush activated, location : middle maintenance.

Lock down ended, coolant flush complete.
Entering standby...
Shit!

Yeah, there won't be an aura network if the planet gets destroyed, and in the other case you'd be living with no one but Austin and Danatre forever.
