That warm sensation that had been following Umbra around for a while now dissappeared as the runes spread beyond the edge of the dias onto the bench holding it, and continued to expand across free air.
Abruptly, the crystal shattered and dissappeared.

A couple of nearby lightbulbs flicker and fade out as well, though most of the equipment in the room is unaffected. Danu did say she was a creature of energy after all, it was quite possible that she was low on power from all she had been through and needed to absorb some before she could show she was okay.
