Umbra checks his tablet, discouraged that he can't find the exact location of the signal. "Looks like I'll be here a while..." He starts climbing with the convenient grip of the BPTs and the gloves, almost slipping a few times but recovering from each miss.

Or are you going it solo?
"Depends what you mean. I'm heading up there, but I'm not exactly going to stick with a group. I just hope the stormy weather up there doesn't mess with the BPTs..."
"Wait, uh, why no-oh he's gone. Great." I sighed, and looked arond. "Well, I'm heading up. I don't really need to worry about the cold or food or anything, so it's safe for me to go solo."
"Wait up! I'm coming too!" An...incredibly short, anthropomorphic Flygon ran out of Wurg's house.
"Oh, you actually did it, Ehks? Alright then, uh, let's get going. It'll take a bit to get used to flying, but it'll actually make it kinda easy...the storms are the toughest part. Maybe you should stay behind."
Ehks shook his head. "Nah. It's not going to be that long of a trip. Let's go."
I nodded, and my body rippled a bit before reforming as another Flygon, though a tad taller. Ehks and I flapped our wings, and took off towards the mountains, to where the signal was.
*the craft hovers over a estimated area of where the signal is comming from*
this storm is horrific, but it's still worth a shot
*opens the door of the craft, and dives off*
My god, it's cold.
*pulls the rip cord on his parachute close to the ground*

*from what you can make of the signal, it seems to be close to the center of the mountain but that would mean its owner would have to be on the absolute peak which doesn't make much sense*

"That's gonna be challenging..." Umbra's made it a fourth of the way up the mountain, his natural black color and gray attire contrasting against the snow. He hasn't made it up to where the clouds are yet.

[Got the signal. Just...uh...follow me closely, Ehks, it's the very peak. We're pretty much there.]
[Okay. And this is...surprisingly easy, even with the storm. Huh...]
Ehks and I both decended, and landed, on the mountain peak soon after the others had arrived. "Oh. Hello everyone."
Umbra... Still isn't there. He's about halfway up at this time.

so uh how are we going to climb/fly for me *currently stuck as an ice anthro dragon* this very stormy mountain, oh and i think i have all the gear i'll need.

Hello ehks.
What's the first plan of action?
Ehks shrugged. "I don't fuckin know, ask Wurg, not me."
I rolled my eyes at Ehks' remark.
"We're waiting for Umbra to get here."

"Gah, I said we were...the weather's too nasty, dammit." I sigh, and jump into the cave, Ehks close behind me.
Umbra finally makes it up. "Ghah... All that snow and water made me take longer than I thought I would..."

Umbra hustles into the cave.
"Did I miss anything important?"

*inside the cave you can see the icewater rushing down the middle as if it has carved a path before allowing the sides of the caveto be walked down, with how powerful the storms are most things probably end up washed into the network of caves, so what ever is sending the signal most likely also got washed down the cave*
