"I kind of would like it to be just part angels, since there's something I need to tell them that I really don't want to in front of other people. Though I suppose I could do it later if you wanted to. Hopefully there'll be enough cake, my appetite probably would let me eat an elephant if I wanted to."

it function theoretically like a gun. anyone can use it, just put your fingers on the markings, the paper rrips itself off and sticks to your finger tips, aim it and pull outwards to active it. no knowledge, experience or other magic required.
