The bullets hit home, and I turn to glare at the figures.

The holes made by the bullets simply seal, and it looks like the only thing they did was anger me more. After all, bullets deal damage by causing wounds to organs. It's hard to damage organs that don't exist in a mass of nanites.

She winces slightly from the sound, clearly able to hear the deafening noise, but the light doesn't seem to bother her much. Indeed she looks a little less transparent after it explodes, the energy of the explosion being absorbed.

As gonz and Danu are taking care of some of the soldiers, Tim fires again, concentrating fire on the cracked plates in the soldier's armor. He also throws a hefty looking power tool that'd been lying next to the craft at the soldier's head.
