Yep, the UCC subforum is to post art and stuff, and I want to keep things as desegregated as possible, to stop discussion overall from stagnating.

That's...really weird. It shouldn't be quoting like that, especially if you deselected all your multiquotes...make sure you deselect when there's nothing else being quoted. Save a draft over that, and then quote something else.
And, again, separating things is a quick way to stagnate the forums. Putting the art out into it's own subforum was something I always planned, since it just makes sense to do, but other things...not so much.

One of said items is a hunk of dried mud.
