What is an "ABC cover" exactly?
So what I did was I went and gathered .ABC files for songs.
An .abc file is a renamed text file with what is pretty much is super simplified music inside.
So I'd put them together and then play them inside a program that plays .abc files, and I'd use special instruments to match the song as best I can. I would then play it and export it to .wav, where I then compress it and convert it to .mp3.

MRW my braces are adjusted, leaving it painful to simply move my mouth, then I take the maximum safe dosage of some non-prescription painkillers, and 30 minutes later my mouth is still perpetually screaming at me in pain.

Okay, so I'm listening to them.
Starting with the Cascade cover.
I do love myself a good Cascade, and it's pretty darn accurate (though the pacing seems a bit funny in places - though that's likely due to the ABC being an ABC... They aren't the most sophisticated.)

I can't help it, it would have been weird if I said anything else. and i wasn't operating on all cylinders, either. doesn't look like it, but I lost...quite a bit of nanomass. not enough to cause any permanent damage, but i wasn't operating as well as normal.
probably need some more metal anyways.
