yeah that's my issue with the concept of the flickering eyes.
I can usually plot out every single line on a piece but the individual frames of how I would do the wavering/flickering eyes baffle me.

Evidently so... Over a year ago. Also, with the quote-in-quote system this has going, cutting out certain parts of a post to quote is annoying.
On that note: another suggestion: A post draft system like the CF forums have; useful for quoting through multiple pages.
