And...really, 6 hours?  Where were you going?  I've been in a car for long periods of time as well, and that was going to Idaho/Oregon and back, and that took more around 8-9 hours, so I assume you crossed state boundaries.

That's nuts. Though I think people do underestimate the psychological effect of a guy running at you full tilt with a sword - especially when you're holding a gun.

Managed to get not one, but two legendary drops. Why is it that I can get a ton of legendaries in Borderlands, but never find any shiny pokemon?

i've gotten pokerus twice from wild encounters
a critical catch
and i have spent hours in the friend safari trying to catch a shiny pokemon. no luck. yet in a seven-hour borderlands session, i get two legendaries without even trying. One from throwing a shitty item at a sacrificial altar (Thir item I threw at it, the worst item I threw to boot), the second after beating a boss. once.

Legendary Drop Chances aren't that rare, But that doesn't mean it has a High roll of Stats

considering i managed to get a legendary drop from killing a nomad, and said legendary's drop chance was one in 10,000...
