You guys didn't even have the context. He was flying a super-late model spitfire, and I shot him down in a middle model spitfire with half a wing missing, then almost immediately after I shot another super-late spit of his down in my Typhoon while flying at a 90 degree angle.

The first time was great. He thought the wing loss was it for me and broke off, then I realized the plane was still responding to my controls, and I nursed it onto an attack vector while he engaged somebody else. Then the 90 degree game of chicken was just bad luck, he caught a High Explosive Fragmentation round with his engine instantly and BOOM I narrowly managed to roll away from his burning wreck and flew away unmolested.
I'm kind of interested in joining a serious (or semi-serious) Avali roleplay thread, and/or writing a fanfic or something. Thing is, I'm not starting up any rp thread on my own, because I can't run rps for squat. So if I was to write a fanfic here, should I just start a thread in Nexus General, or are floof-fics going to need their own sub-forum?

i saw Deus Ex, Watch Dogs, faint vibes from Wolfenstine: the new order, a bit of Halo and Destiny, some Titan Fall, Crysis.
what even is CoD anymore?
won't deny though, that looked pretty neat. though we all know each of those elements are going to last 5 secs - 1.5 mins and then we are back to shooting from chest high walls at other dudes behind chest high walls.
