I had some bad history with bastards back in secondary school who suddently break into song, those are also the same guys I gont into fights with, because they piss me off and no it's not just their singing
that steam thing is stupid. It will only make people upset because they cant gift things to their friends who live across the world

I think I have a working plan, need some work but I think I've found a flaw in steam's multiple system, eventhough I cant give the game but I can transfer the required amount for that game. I just have to wait until you're on a computer then I want to test out this plan, I'm pretty sure that's you on steam.

some regions the game are actually cheaper, neptunia on sale cost like 16.80RM here which is around 4usd where it's like 9usd on your region now(sale), some people exploited that and steam decided to region lock purchases.
