Just because they won't ban you for it (they probably will anyways, just so they don't have to do anything else) but it is something that requires to moderation team or a higher authority to get involved.

We are not psychiatrists. We aren't able to help with this kind of thing. Most of us are high school, or college students who have no professional training in this kind of situation.
This is not the place to seek help, Marx. We aren't equipped to help combat suicidal urges, it would be better to tell someone who is capable of helping with that.

I am horrible for emotional support. I have difficulty with it, because I have difficulty understanding people's emotions. Not everyone is a good emotional lean. I know I'm not, and I don't want people to use me as such, because I don't want to let them down.
Professional help might not be your friends, but they
know how to help. That's their job, to help, to know how to help.
