well that's good for making pixel stuff from scratch, but you can compile a gif there, not sure is it free

It's paid.
It takes time, but you can use GIMP.
Just paste each image into a new frame, export, gif, as animation, set the replace/combine and millisecond delay, and bam. Gif.
That's how I make all my gifs. (Though I make them
from scratch in gimp using plugins like AnimStack too so m'eh)
