Oh. I've been avoiding him on steam so the last I heard was him going to kill himself. didn't hear anything about a banning but I suppose that's better than another suicide on my conscious

Yes, he is banned until his medication shows that it's working. He did get better help AFAIK, and got medication which should be helping him now. Only time will tell if the medication will work, or if it's only temporary.

Obsidian Longcoat (isn't actually long)
Obsidian Pants

Each require some silk and 10 Obsidian. Doesn't have a set bonus, but does have a small amount of defense.

the wiki i'm using says the waterleaf, shiverthorn and moonglow are available at all times, yet i don't have access to them.

they seem to ignore the plants requirements for growth. i haven't gotten the waterleaf or fireblossom boxes yet so i'm not 100% sure.
though i can grow my blink weed beside a torch.
