it really depends on where you will be moving to, the US being too big for it's own good and a good portion is below facilitated good internet is unlikely, heck look at singapore, that place is so tiny yet it have the fastest internet in asia

Where I can probably easily get 4 mb/s again, which while there's FAR better out there...
