Ugh why do so many shows I like have to end on bitter notes?
Bleh... Then again this time I kind of knew I was getting into something that would inevitably end badly... Just... Not in the way I expected.
In a sense I kind of commend the writers for the unexpected ending (especially since I was still shocked even after having the ending spoiled for me beforehand)
Well at least that's another anime I can scratch off my "TO WATCH" lis---
wait whaddya mean there's a season 3 that completely retcons season 2 and half of season 1? Oh.
Well in that case, guess I'll scratch it off another time.
Sheesh. I want to watch something lighthearted next before getting back into this, but I don't have anything like that on my list... Guess it's searching time!
According to my friend, D-frag is apparently very funny or something. IDK haven't watched it.
I found my old moon tycoon disc, THE NOSTALGIA.
I can never decide what to write a story about, I've wanted to do something with Tecar for months but I've got nothing.
My laptop's charger has melted.
Like, literally. It has fused to my laptop.
I waiting for it to cool down so I can maybe yank it out.

I JUST FUCKING LOVE SUMMER.
If this breaks my computer
I swear to god I will make the concept of heat regret ever existing.
I just realized something.
People who were in the SPR SRS RP might remember that human assassin character I made, Sirius.
Turns out that his first name isn't the only thing that was influenced by music I listen to. Every now and then, when I hear a song I like and listen to, I realize that some (or in some cases, all) of the lyrics apply to Sirius. Usually it's something about regret or being tired of someone's shit.
"Data error: cyclic redundancy check"
Why yes windows, anything cyclic tends to be redundant, and vice versa, very good.

That error message is about as helpful as you would expect from microsoft.

Meanwhile this game installer takes at least an hour to "update component registries" which is so nondescriptive that it makes Microsoft look good.
Thanks EA.

Well that's EA, what did you expect? :E
"Please verify that this is a genuine windows installer"
Because this isn't the fourth attempt to get you to run it? After two where you actually got through most of the configuration steps?

What are you even trying to do?
Strange. So apparently for some reason today when I logged in the little green arrows in the "posts since your last visit" took me to the final post and not the first since I logged off.
Pretty quiet here today anyway. M'eh.

I know that feeling all too well. I make a character, then usually within the next week I'll realize that I took unnessessary amounts of inspiration from songs, tv, movies, and often other characters from actual media, all without noticing... Of course sometimes I do this intentionally too, usually when I find qualities I want to see in one of my characters.

C&C3 Kane's Wrath on a new Win8 laptop, the disc is in shitty shape and the disc drive seems to be fairly awful too.

KW is good, but I honestly prefer vanilla with Tiberium Essence.
But then again, I have thousands of hours put into KW.

KW is far better vanilla and a contender for best of the two by merit of replayability through volume of factions, but it does look like these cyclic redundancy checks won't stop so I may need to mod tib wars.
