Well the stalker is a character in warframe who hunts tenno (players) that show an excessive disregard for life (farm bosses for parts and resources). He has marked me for death for killing an infested boss, phorid, who is a more or less mindless monstrosity of twisted flesh. Ironic that mister space-batman is gonna beat me up for killing one of the most vile and dangerous creatures in the system.

I thought they wanted to make an infestation specific analogue to the stalker.

I know it's been suggested, not sure if there are plans for it though. We do have the juggernaut right now though, an infested miniboss who shows up, as far as I know, at random. Do note though that an infested assassin wouldn't replace stalker, just like zanuka and the grustrag three don't.
