Marxon, I am sorry to hear about your situation but you haven't given us enough information or context to help you in any meaningful way. I strongly urge you to seek assistance through the proper channels (i.e police if you're in immediate danger or an appropriate helpline). 

Other than that, a general chat thread on a forum is not the appropriate place for this kind of discussion: if you would like to discuss this with someone I would be happy to lend an ear in private, but unless you provide a more detailed account it's not fair to call out other users for ignoring you when, given the amount of information provided, nobody can really make more than a passing remark.

Then what he did was assault. He should be facing criminal charges for hitting you like that this morning, and if he breaks down a door its destruction of property. Call the police back on their local non-emergency number and talk to them about what you are experiencing. Being afraid of what he'll do to you is grounds for an order of protection (restraining order), and if he's physically attacked you before he could be facing legal action.

Seriously Marxon, if that's the kind of people you are living with no wonder you've got so many problems with depression and self confidence. There are some fucked up people in this world, and its best to get away from them as fast as you possibly can.

Find people who treat you with respect and are willing to work with you if there's problems. Hey life's not easy, and arguing from time to time is a fact of life. But it should not EVER get physically violent.
