at first i didn't know what that one was
mostly because it had pants. and the hair.
seriously what the fuck is that hair.
It's so...hang on, I have the best cure somewhere here in my 80's mixtape...
There we go. The best counter to bad hair? Ridiculous hair.

That is no problem! We can always handicap it letting you use more BV than me when setting up the lances owo
You know I vaguely remember pitting an omega against a scout lance once. It went decently until they shot out one of my legs.
I think the problem I keep hitting is that I set a BV range of 9-10k for both teams, and then it generates a 9.6k lance for me and a 13k star for the enemy.
Yes sure just inch on up behind me in your big pickup truck, that'll make me change the light because that's totally within my power. I'm trembling behind the wheel of my junker SUV.
first car and it's already an SUV, what's with you americians and big stuff, seriously I'm looking through a line of Smart and Nissan March for a decent small car that's efficient not a hassle to park .

bweh, that kind of stuff is part of the fun of the game!
I used to play Solaris matches/tournaments with my friends on the past, I remember that someone with a Locust (the pilot had Gunnery 1) managed to headshot my Marauder Bounty Hunter enough times to kill it. xD

It's a matter of dice and lulz.
I know I had one of my star vs lance matches that came down to a kicking match between a jagermech and some really similar clan mech I forget the name of. Two armless AC boats kicking each other in the shin until the jager fell over

I thought em'bloody clanners would die rather than engaging on "dishonourable" meelee combat? xD
You just reminded me of a situation where MegaMek bugged, allowing a bot's mech to stand up, run towards me and kick my head even if it was missing one leg. I thought it was so epic that I didn't even get mad at the bug. xD

I think I was out of ammo or something. Besides both teams were down 3 mechs and my fire scorpion was minus one leg on the bank of a lake so it was essentially 1v1.

You can see the reason on the weapon menu. If "(0/0)" it's out of ammo, if "*" the weapon is destroyed/lost, if the symbol is "j" then it means it's jammed. (That last thing only happens with rotaries and those sorts of guns tho)

The whole match was just a long time ago, memorable and exciting though, I know there was a locust IIC getting absolutely instagibbed involved and a marauder getting it's head blown off, probably unrelated of course.

I find it funny on how often I've seen Marauder heads blowing up, specially considering the Marauder doesn't really have a head, just a cockpit visor thingie. xD

I'm torn between laughing or crying about my locust was instantly blown apart when it tried to flank though.

The key to successful flanking is using terrain. Always end up with two levels higher terrain between you and the enemy. owo

Oh hey did you meet flashbang? He's shy like me, but also cute like me.

Well... that and good MASC
Well I mean zipping around at the speed of sound seems to work for the AI.
The best thing you can do if running towards an enemy is charging. owo
It damages and pushes. Meelee combat is not my specialty, but I have a friend that has won matches using meelee only. xD
He has pushed me off the map sooooo many times...

Seen him dropping a couple of RP lines... an hour ago?
Hmm, so I didn't really meet him, no...
Oh, also...

I tried charging so many times in that match yesterday, all these big burly assaults and every charge would have hurt us more than them. I finally got a good one though! Then it missed, like every other melee attack I attempted.
