Just saying, I'm confident enough that unamused is exaggerating here but ruu does tend to do spiteful things "to point out problematic behavior." The effectiveness or necessity of these things varies.

As I said, he's exaggerating, the extent of it is no doubt little more than a few hateful or spiteful acts. Ruu is blunt to the point of being rude more often than not, but open harassment typically isn't his style.
