You can transcribe just fine, just not have it written in, say, a word document, or in a post.
Well, at this rae with most of the runic languages I can think of, that might have to be the case...

Since none of them are actual languages being used, it is.
If you have to - make an image where you paste the signs together, it's... the most viable option, really.
