A True Arkhalis or something would be cool.
1. It slashes farther and wider... Maybe make the effect red. There aren't enough red weapons.
2. Every few times you slash it shoots out a projectile in the shape of the slash effect, similar to the other true swords, but this one instead works like the Demon Scythe where it slowly speeds up as it goes, to make it unique compared to the other True swords.
3. Fast slashes! Like bladed-glove/fetid baghnakhs fast. Of course it would have less damage to compensate.
4. Allows size modifiers which affect the slash size, of course.

If only Terraria had an official Mod API I would totally figure out how to make it, but as it stands Terraria mods are kind of clunky and awkward compared to many other popular sandboxes...

Heck, if Terraria had a Mod API I would make a lot of things. It has an artstyle I can almost do (I'm not too bad with lowres pixel art weapons and such) and I like programming... Mmm... Aw well.
