Had it for a while, and it was just recently found.
He's really sick and apparently, at most...
Has about a year.
And...
He's tired of being sick. He's tired of fighting.
He's just... Going to die.
Motherfucking goddammit
Well it is medically treatable, I'm prettry sure he's taking treatement medication for a year but I dont know how long will that take, there's other more quick but sounds painful methods but I think that's out of your family's range.

....is cancer just not a problem over in Malaysia because you guys have fucking super doctors or something? Because over here it's only treatable in that they can raise your odds of survival to a little above nil.

Well speaking from a point of game mechanics a gauss or mk9 AC would be better than the mjolnir for dealing with shields, though the 4 hypervelos would remove any need for a dedicated large kinetic weapon. sunjets seem a substandard choice for PD, no integral PD abilities and HE damage makes them weak against shielded fighters, imo burst PD, tac lasers, or grasers would be a better option due to their energy damage. I like the frontal AM and reapers though, however I'd recommend javelins or blitzes over reapers.
six pages late again but that actually seems like a pretty good layout.
I can't find any flaws in it so I'll test it.

oh c'mon these are the same thing that treat some cancers like chemotherapy, radiation therapy, hormonal therapy, and targeted therapy, and some other name that's both hard to pronounce and spell. Although these methods are only effective at early stage and only in management(not completly cure), though there's still some moho-mojo chinese medicine stuff that I know very little of

He's too ill for chemo.
It'd either kill him or, at best, give him a few extra months on top of making him sick as shit.

He hasn't.
They JUST found it.
And no, not at his level of health
I kinda misread the one year part(sorry), though he has it for about a year but instead it's he have about a year,
aslong as he did take his medication he could live longer than estimated period, but for the best result he has to go through surgery or therapy treatment, but his poor health is in the way than that's really bad, I'm not sure you and your family members can nurse him to the optimum health level to receive surgery or therapy treatment, but your best bet is make sure the cancer did not develop any further.

My dad had cancer recently as well, so I can understand the feeling. Unfortunately what hasn't gone away is that pain medication has effectively shut down his digestive system, leaving him in chronic pain daily...
It's horrible to watch them suffer and be able to do nothing about it...
Space balls are amazing in space engineers. They act great for collision bumpers.
Seriously i just saw someone use a 50 ton spaceball to harmlessly punt an enemy 8 kilometers away!
