Actually Marxon, the smart thing to do in this case is the right thing to do.
I'm willing to continue RPing with you, but you made a mistake with a consequence and have snowballed it to unreasonability from there.
Just let go of it. Tomorrow people can talk this over, you might get extra lucky and be revived anyway even though Danu is opposed to it because of the danger. But fighting over it and trying to force it like this is only making the situation worse, and reducing the likelyhood of actually having it happen.
Events in an RP can be retconned if the people in charge of the RP decide to allow that. We can change how Marxon's crystal was handled to bring him back into the revival OK range. But this is the real test of character- because the way you're acting right now is going to make people not want to be okay with that.
Of course if it were me, firstoff my character would not have had a blackened crystal at all unless I intended for them to die, and if a death happened anyway I would either ask for a retcon to correct it or give it up and make a new character to use.
I'm glad to see Reks is on moderating, you've had me worried for the past hour now that I would have to take moderator action myself. I don't like to intervene in that way because I am out of the loop when it comes to staff actions and don't necessarially know what standards people are to be held to.

Ultimately, it would be Ehks's decision.
It does sound like a neat character though, if a little tricky to use because you would only be able to interact under certain weather conditions and would not be the only character capable of influencing the weather patterns.
As far as being near unkillable, thats already true for nearly all of the characters. Your character won't actually die unless you write that their crystal was either not recovered or was too far gone to be used.
My own character Danu once held sufficient power to create universes, building them and cultivating life in them, then seeing to their demise when the time for that had come before creating another and transplanting life from existance to existance to make sure it carries on against all odds. But the system she used to do that ultimately failed, and left her stranded in time-space wandering gradually from world to world as her powers dwindled.
Though she retains otherworldly knowledge, you'll find she doesn't talk too much about it, and prefers to just help the people in front of her as best she can. The little bit of power she has left is barely enough to keep herself going, and a big flashy smite somebody like she did the other day is the limit of what she has left.
So its kind of interesting writing for her actually, the perspective of someone who was for all intents a goddess once, and has since lost almost all of her power to where she's barely able to do anything beyond living like a mortal.
