It's as bad as that one company trying to claim the word "Saga".
I though they tried to copyright "candy", though...

The first few pages are about a sapient shadow and the last page shows a hitchhiker in a completely different art style I'm so confused.
It's called art evolution. Happens to virtually every (web)comic in existence.
Also that's 1550 pages later so obviously you're confused.
((For reference for those who know these comics, that's 35 pages less than Twokinds and Slightly Damned COMBINED.))

Both, actually.
I hadn't really heard about the "candy" part, only the Saga, because they tried to sue the company that made the game The Banner Saga
Because you know, a viking epic with isometric grid-based tactical gameplay is totally the same as a lighthearted puzzle thing.

That's why the copyright industry is exactly that: An industry.
They don't care about what's best for others... You know how that sentence ends.
Meow?

I've just played some Portal 2 community test chambers with my friend. Some of those are just... Why did they think publishing them would be a good idea? And did they even test them?

This is why i like the games where the workshop upload process is difficult, filters out kiddie trash.

Yes, that would be a good idea.
But then there are people who somehow get through the upload process and still don't know what they are doing.

Also please tell me you've been reading the author commentaries at the bottom of the pages. They're great often, especially when Tom includes images.
