Got Fossil Armor. Weak-ish in defense, but goddamn are those Javelins strong.

That one time when Surge vastly underestimated his fleet, told in radio chatter, because radio chatter is fun to write.

Also this is what I've been working on, one of my assignment to replicate an existing phone/toy phone,

while everyone chooses their fancy pansy smartphone I choose this one from my boneyard, one of the classics

There is no easy mode in starsector. As far I can tell between the carriers and fighter squadrons there were so many MMMs flying about that we totally bogged down their destroyers and even overwhelmed a few entirely.

Then as the battle dragged on my standoff bombers starting culling the destroyers that started to show weakness from all the constant missile volleys.

aaaand i died... though i did almost kill it, ALMOST! if i had gotten to the nurse i would have survived... but it was doing one of those super-fass charges and i couldn't withstand another hit...

alright...
after my initial defeat against EoC, i got my self full platinum armor and 400 hp.
when i felt appropriately prepared i set up my campfire, heart lantern and sunflower in a flat-ish area and summoned EoC with an eye.
thing is... while i was down digging, a second EoC "spawned"... but didn't show up or do anything. so when i came up on the surface and it had turned nighttime and i summoned my own EoC... the second one came and the two tag teamed me.


i won.
suck it EoC.
suck my hurtful ruby stay and my pointy katana.


ooo boy! two sheilds of Cthulhu! one guarding and another lucky!
(if anyone has a server or something and would like the lucky sheild, just say so.)

one slime rain later and i'm the proud owner of three blue slime banners...
i also met king slime.
fuck that thing man... fuck that big fat blue slime.
it spawns little blue slimes that launch showers of spikes, not to mention, if it can't get to you, even just for a second, it straight up teleports to you, getting a cheap hit at you no matter where you are.
the damn thing nearly killed me inside my house. i then fled up to a small dirt platform which it teleported to and killed me.
even with 32 defense the thing still dealt 30-40 damage per hit, not to mention all the spike and purple slimes flooding the area.

on the bright side i now have 557 gel!

yeah, but you do get some seriusly cool lewt from the bosses.
from EoC i got a dash-shield thing that does 30 damage with super high knockback and 2 extra defense. and that's just EoC, imagine what sweet shit you could get from the bigger bosses!
