Ech. Got in trouble from Jonesy because I responded to an angry ranty poster's venom with (*cough* frankly kind of deserved imo*cough*) venom...
I need to stop doing that... It just makes things worse... But ARGH! These people piss me off so much!
Not only did he post in spanish or something and not provide his own translation, but the little of it I could parse through Google Translate's word-salad output was basically:
"The game was supposed to be released ages ago."
"Yes you're working hard but hurry it up already."
"Early access is horrible and you're horrible."
"I don't trust you devs anymore."
It's the same bullshit every time. Maybe once 1.0 drops these people will finally tone down the incessant whining.
I don't know how Moderators can deal with it all the time and keep such a neutral attitude. I guess this is why I'd never make a good Moderator.
I can fully understand the worries that giving up US control could lead to... less commendable governments getting more control over it than they should.
Yeah, full US control isn't exactly a good thing, but it's probably better than if the many countries with oppressive regimes got together and took it over from the inside. No matter how secure something seems to be, people will find a way around it.
Ugh I can't stand the girls who think that more is always better, wearing minimal clothing and bursting at the seems with fat...
Sure a slightly pudgy girl in the right situation might be cute, but for the love of god I don't want to see flab bouncing about because they're running with half a shirt because I'm gonna hurl!
It's literally just as unsightly as amaciated models!

I'll be honest, some girls can really pull off being curvy and some being really skinny.
But that's the exception not the rule.
And don't think that I haven't googled a few usernames around here, it's just good to know that I didn't find anything sickening, which was freaking surprising and a relief.
Also of everyone I looked up, Surge has the most accounts, all of them are devoid of info. The guy is like army level straitlaced.
Also I'm only saying this because I snooped on a lot of people and was really guilty about it.

a) why would you post this
b) why would you do this
c) why were you looking to make sure no one was doing anything "sickening"

Also I very much doubt all the Surges you found were our Surge. Surge is a relatively common name since it's an actual word.
You for example wouldn't find many Shaadarises. If there's a Shaadaris, chances are it's one of the many old accounts I've made for things that I've never actually used.
Also why would you do that. Snooping on people is bad. Don't do that.
Besides, if anyone was doing anything weird do you really think they'd use the same username as here? That's like Basic Privacy 101: Don't use the same username places you don't want people to recognize you. Not saying I do that personally, although I do have a tendancy to change usernames a lot when I sign up for new things because I can never decide on one I like ;A;
So Skyrim might be getting a remaster already.
"What." I hear you say.
Well it's possibly true. And if it is, I don't know what to make of it.
The game's 5 years old, yes, but still, with all the mods there are, it really doesn't need a remaster.
Sure, it could get the updated Fallout 4 Engine with stuff like cloth physics and... I dunno, sun rays or something, but all the mods would need to be moved over...
And it wouldn't run as well... And we already have a free HD Texture DLC for normal Skyrim...
Basically: Is this really nessessary? They could be working on TES6 darnit.
Please actually be working on TES6 instead. Skyrim does not have such outdated graphics that it needs a remaster.

>updated engine
>fallout 4
Pick one.
The thing is that Skyrim is still far more relevant than it has any right to be in the PC crowd so a remaster would get it taking in console money again with basically 0 effort. They'll probably use it as an excuse to expand the console mod ecosystem they've apparently been building too.
...yeah, it is. still gambryo. i mean, if bethesda decides to make an skyrim using an actually new engine, that'd be pretty great. it'd give the engine some testing ground before being put into a fully new game.
